COURSE DETAILS

A pharmacy technician is a healthcare provider who performs pharmacy-related functions, working collaboratively with a licensed pharmacist. Training, certification, licensing, and actual practice of pharmacy technicians vary not only worldwide but, in some countries, regionally, as well as by employer. 

Total Duration: 

• The program lasts 13 weeks, with classes held 4 days a week for 8 hours each day (Mon-Thurs), 50 days, totaling 400 hours, including clinical.

• The program lasts 25 weeks, with classes held 4 days a week for 4 hours each day (Mon-Thurs), 100 days, totaling 400 hours, including clinical.

•  The program lasts 25 weeks, with classes held 2 days a week for 8 hours each day (Sat-Sun), 50 days, totaling 400 hours, including clinical.

  Hours Total 400

• Theory/Classroom Instruction: 240 Hours
• Clinical/Externship: 160 Hours

BEFORE THE CLASS

• High School Diploma or GED (optional)
• ID/Passport
• SSC
• Livescan/Fingerprint
• AHA CPR/BLS- Basic Life Support
• Physical Exam (current)
• TB test (current)
• X-ray (copy required if tested positive)
• Vaccination Shots (must be fully vaccinated)
• State exam fee
• A down payment of $400 is required for enrollment. The down payment goes towards the total cost of the course.
