Refund Policy

 Dear Students,

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your enrollment in our program, it's important to know our refund policy. Here are the details:

You can receive a refund of charges up to the first session or within seven days of enrollment, whichever comes later if you decide to cancel. To cancel, you can notify us in writing or verbally. However, please note that we charge a $75.00 processing fee. Also, keep in mind that it can take up to 30 to 45 days for our refund process to complete.

If you decide to withdraw from the course after it has already started, we will provide you with a prorated refund of any instruction costs that you have not yet received. The exact amount of your refund will be determined based on the date we receive your withdrawal letter. Please keep in mind that we charge for an entire day of class at a rate of $55.00 per day.

However, if you have already participated in the initial class session, you will not qualify for reimbursement and will be accountable for any pending tuition charges. Moreover, if you obtained federal aid, you might have to repay it.
